We're delighted to offer free shipping on all NZ orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $4.95.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order fulfilment once placed. NZ Post's target delivery timeframes from dispatch are:

  • New Zealand wide: 2-3 business days*
  • Rural delivery: add 1-2 business days

Australia

Orders under $150 ship for $14.95 NZD. Orders over $150 ship FREE

  • Australia wide: 6-14 working days*

Rest of the World

A flat rate of $30 NZD applies. Any customs or duty charges are at the buyer's expense, and delivery times may vary depending on location.

Shipping Disclaimer

We aim to ship every order as quickly as possible, though this won't always be the same day it's placed - please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Delivery timeframes above are estimates, not guarantees, and orders are shipped to the address entered by the customer at checkout.

You'll receive an email confirming your order shortly after it's placed - if you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us - we'll follow this up with our courier directly on your behalf. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

If your tracking shows a parcel as successfully delivered to your address but it goes missing after that point, please get in touch - we recommend filing a report with your local police, and we're happy to help provide any information needed for that report. Our ability to assist is more limited once a parcel is confirmed delivered to the correct address.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us or rejected due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you, and re-shipment postage will be at your cost.

If a parcel is left uncollected at a depot for more than 10 days, it will not be returned to us - our courier will dispose of it.
